Check the simple audio controls
Confirm the TV or device is not muted and that the volume is up. Check whether Bluetooth headphones, a soundbar, or another audio output is connected unexpectedly.
Test another normal app on the same device. If it also has no sound, the device or TV audio setting is the likely place to start.
- Check mute and volume
- Disconnect unexpected Bluetooth audio
- Test another app
- Restart TV or streaming device
Review player and TV audio settings
Open the player settings and look for audio track or playback options. On some devices, switching the audio output to a more compatible setting can help.
If you use a soundbar or receiver, check its input and HDMI connection. Avoid resetting every setting unless the device guide recommends it.
Send support the correct clues
Mention whether sound is missing in every category or only one item, and whether other TV apps have normal audio. Share the device model and player name.
A short cropped photo of the player audio settings can be helpful, provided it does not expose account details.
