Give the first guide refresh time
After a new setup, open the player settings and look for refresh, reload, or update guide data. Let the task finish before repeatedly changing settings.
Keep the player open on a stable connection during the first load. Closing it early can interrupt the process on some devices.
- Confirm the player is signed in
- Run one guide refresh
- Wait for it to finish
- Update the player
- Restart if guidance recommends it
Check sign-in and network basics
Confirm normal internet use works on the device and that the player is signed in correctly. Do not share full credentials while checking this.
If channels are visible but guide listings are blank, take a cropped screenshot showing the guide area and player version for support.
Use guide data realistically
Programme guide detail can vary by category, channel, and region. It is a navigation feature and may not show the same amount of information for every item.
Favorites and search can still help you navigate while a guide refresh is completing.
