Choose the screen you trust

For a big match or event, use the device that has already been tested in your home. A Smart TV, Fire TV, Android TV, or TV box can all work well when configured properly.

Keep a phone or tablet available only as a backup reference for support, not as a replacement for testing the main screen beforehand.

Give your network room to work

If possible, use Ethernet for the main screen. With Wi-Fi, keep the device in a strong signal area and avoid starting large downloads shortly before the event.

Do a quick connection and player check earlier in the day. That leaves time to resolve a device update or login question without pressure.

Contact support with useful context

If something changes, share the exact device, connection type, player, and a screenshot. Clear context gives support a better chance of helping you quickly.
