Set up before match time
Choose the screen you will actually use, open the player, and test it earlier in the day. Last-minute updates or app changes are more stressful when an event is about to start.
Make sure your device has enough storage and the player is current. A quick restart can also give you a clean starting point.

Give the main screen a stable connection
Use Ethernet where it makes sense for a stationary TV or box. If you use Wi-Fi, keep the screen in a strong-signal location and avoid downloads or gaming updates during a major event.
An optional stability layer may help some demanding networks, but it is not required for every household.
Ask for the right support
If a time-sensitive issue occurs, share the device model, player, connection type, and a cropped image of the exact error. This gives support the best chance of a fast, relevant response.
Never share full access details publicly while asking for help.
